Processing Time
Each product at MATTONI is crafted with the utmost care. Processing times vary depending on the item's availability:
- In-Stock Items: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-Order Items: Production begins as soon as your order is placed. To ensure the highest quality, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Combined Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the Pre-Order item is ready. If you wish to receive your In-Stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping notification via email, including your tracking number.
